These are your tasks

  • Versatile support:
    As an organizational wonder in our team, you are the central point of contact for all administrative and organizational tasks. You support our team efficiently in daily processes, ensure a smooth flow of information and help to constantly optimize our internal processes.
  • Team assistance and coordination:
    You coordinate appointments, organize meetings and ensure that all relevant documents and information are available on time. Your proactive approach not only supports the team in day-to-day business, but also in the planning and implementation of projects in the field of information security.
  • Financial and accounting tasks:
    Your responsibilities will also include accounting activities such as preparing and managing invoices, monitoring incoming payments and assisting with budget planning. Your contribution is critical to ensure financial oversight and accuracy.
  • Office Management:
    You will be responsible for office management, including the procurement of office supplies and the management of service providers and suppliers. You will ensure a pleasant and productive working environment that meets information security standards.

  • Organizational skills:
    Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
  • Office Management Experience:
    Solid office management skills and experience with administrative processes required.
  • Accounting Knowledge:
    Basic understanding of accounting and financial management, including invoice handling and budget monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English to interact effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Technical Affinity:
    Confident with common Office software programs and willingness to quickly learn company-specific systems.
